Terms and Conditions

Welcome to InezVmakeup!

These Terms and Conditions apply to all makeup and hair services provided by InezVmakeup. By booking a service with InezVmakeup, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

TRAVEL

• A travel fee is applicable to all off-site bookings (unless stated otherwise) 5km outside Parramatta.

• Clients must provide accurate travel and parking details to prevent delays and additional costs.

• Travel is calculated by the time of the booking. If the travel time to your location or venue exceeds 2 hours, an overnight accommodation fee will apply. Parking costs are additional.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

• We're pleased to accommodate clients during public holidays with no added charge.

EARLY MORNING START

• 6am: $50
  5am: $65
  4am: $80

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received and no date will be held without a deposit.

• Once your deposit has been received, an email confirming your appointment will be sent. The remaining balance of your invoice is due no later than 3 days prior to your appointment date.

• Failure to complete the invoice payment by this date may result in InezVmakeup opting not to proceed with the services or attend the booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable. However, credit options valid for six months from the booked event date may be offered for cancellations due to illness or other valid circumstances.

BOOKING CHANGES

• Changes to booking numbers can be accommodated where possible.

• Should you wish to add more services, we will do our best to accommodate this with the existing artist(s) or arrange additional artists if feasible.

• Reductions in services must be communicated at least 30 days before your event date. Services removed less than 30 days before your booking date will be charged at the full invoiced rate.

RESCHEDULING/POSTPONEMENT

• Should you need to reschedule your booking, we can accommodate this by transferring your deposit to a new date within 6 months from the original date, subject to our availability.

• If we are unavailable on your rescheduled date or the new date falls beyond 6 months, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Should you cancel your booking for any reason, including sickness or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be withheld as non-refundable. However, it is possible to reschedule within 6 months of the original booking date.

• Completed services are non-refundable. If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please communicate immediately to address and make necessary adjustments.

• In the unlikely event that your artist/stylist from InezVmakeup is unable to attend to your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency, or any other circumstance beyond our control, we will do our best to find a replacement artist/stylist or refund 100% of the amount already.

LATE FEE & NO SHOW

• If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late or fails to be at the agreed location/venue at the scheduled time without prior communication, a $40 late fee will be applied to the service.

• InezVmakeup reserves the right to cancel your booking due to lateness, as it may impact other appointments scheduled for the day.

• If the client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment (without notice), the client will be required to pay 100% of the invoiced amount.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies or sensitivities to products prior to application.

QUOTES

• All quotes are valid for 30 days.

PHOTOGRAPHS

• As a creative business, our portfolio serves as a showcase for potential clients, displaying a range of styles. This involves featuring our work on social media platforms and our website.

• On occasion, we may request to photograph the completed service. Please let us know if you prefer that your photos not be shared on social media. If we don't hear from you, we'll assume you're okay with us using your photos in our online portfolios.

• InezVmakeup reserves the right to use photographs or film for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

DISCLAIMER

• InezVmakeup is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect travel details, parking issues, or other factors outside our control.

• A force majeure clause applies to cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary events beyond the reasonable control of InezVmakeup.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

• InezVmakeup reserves the right to cancel any booking and provide email notification if the booking is in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
